To become a supplier to Uptime, you need to meet certain criteria:

Uptime always complies with the laws of the countries in which the company does business – and expects the same from its suppliers. All suppliers must sign a Supplier Code of Conduct to confirm this.
All suppliers must be approved in accordance with Uptime’s Due Diligence process. This is an investigation uncovering e.g., the supplier’s ethical standards, all the way to its 2. tier vendor level.
Uptime performs benchmarking of its suppliers by performing KPI’s upon deliveries.
